PROCESS FOR PRODUCING CELLULOSE FILAMENT YARN AND EQUIPMENT FOR PRODUCING THEREOF

PURPOSE: A process for producing a cellulose filament yarn is provided which has excellent spinnability and physical property by using a simple equipment. CONSTITUTION: A cellulose filament yarn is prepared by the following steps of: extruding a cellulose solution through a spin nozzle to cool the extruded filament; solidfying the the extruded filament on the air layer to coagulate it; and then cleansing the filament to obtain a cellulose filament. The cellulose solution is N-methanolforan-N-oxide. An introducing angle of cooling air is 20-75 degree. A distance of the air layer is 3.5-63cm. A temperature of cooling air is controlled to 5-25°C, velocity of the cooling air is controlled to 5-15m/sec at hole exit and 2-8m/sec at vicinity of extruding filament.
