PURPOSE: Urethane paint prepared by changing the kind and characteristics of an acrylic polyol resin and the content of a pigment is provided which reduces coating processes on a large scale and the amount of paint to be used. CONSTITUTION: A paint comprises 10 to 20% by weight of a hard acrylic polyol resin, 2 to 10% by weigh of a soft acrylic polyol resin, 2 to 8% by weight of an anticorrosion pigment, 10 to 20% by weigh of a constitutional pigment, 5 to 20% by weight of a colored pigment, 0.5 to 1% by weight of an additive, and the remainder of a solvent. The paint exhibits almost the same physical properties as that of conventional paint, has the advantage of reduction of coating facilities and the amount of paint to be used and is useful as a coating material for coating heavy equipment. |
