PURPOSE: A film composition obtained by compounding an inorganic zinc oxide ultraviolet absorber to a polyolefin-based resin is provided which is excellent in transparency, wether resistance and economic efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A composition comprises 100 parts by weight of one or more thermoplastic base resins selected from the group consisting of low density polyethylene, linear low density polyethylene, ethylenevinylacetate polymer or their mixtures, 0.1 to 2.0 parts by weight of one or more benzotriazole-based ultraviolet absorbers, 0.05 to 1.0 parts by weight of a zinc oxide-containing inorganic ultraviolet absorber. The composition exhibits a permanent shielding effect in the near ultraviolet rays region. |
