DYEING METHOD OF WOVEN OR KNITTED TEXTILE FABRICS OF POLYESTER/POLYAMIDE COMPOSITE FIBER USING DISPERSE DYE

PURPOSE: A method for dyeing woven or knitted textile fabrics of polyester/polyamide composite fibers using disperse dyes is provided which improves coloring degree and dye washfastness. CONSTITUTION: A method comprises pouring 3 to 20 g/L caustic soda and 5 to 20 g/L 4-amino benzoic acid ethyl ester into a dyeing bath, subjecting to even dying at 50 to 60°C and dyeing at 120 to 140°C for 10 min. The pH of an initial dyeing bath is 9 to 11. The process is excellent in an alkali weight loss rate (14 to 16%) and free from degradation of disperse dyes such that it produces yarn dyeing products having excellent coloring degree and dye washfastness.
