PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of incense having a wood wick is provided. The materials of incense are glued to the wood wick of which own fragrance is removed by steaming and combustibility is improved. The incense having a wood wick in the core improves its hardness and is easy to be fixed. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of the incense comprises the following steps of: molding process of a wood wick using nonpoisonous trees such as bamboo, willow, acacia and larch etc.; soaking it in aqueous solution containing 1-3 wt.% of sodium carbonate and 3-6 wt.% of combustion enhancer at 100°C for 1-1 and 1/2 hours; molding process of final product of incense by soaking the wood wick in the solution of incense materials to glue the materials thereon, then rolling on the dried powder of incense materials to form certain thickness of the incense. |
