PURPOSE: A phosphor that exhibits improved luminescent efficiency using a small amount of conductive materials and process for producing the same are provided which can be used for high quality vacuum phosphor display devices and field emission display devices. CONSTITUTION: A phosphor for low voltage is prepared by attaching a conductive material selected from the group consisting of indium oxide, tin oxide and zinc oxide to a phosphor through the medium of an organic binder and heat treating the phosphor at 300 to 1,200°C. The organic binder is gelatin, the phosphor is ZnS:Cu,Al and the conductive material is indium oxide. |
