MULTI LAYER CERAMIC CAPACITOR

摘要

PURPOSE: A multi layer ceramic capacitor is provided to enhance the soldering heat-resistant characteristics with the suppression of cracks by containing a layer having less contraction property. CONSTITUTION: A chip assembly(4) is formed with alternately laminating internal electrodes and dielectric layers. An external electrode(2) is formed on both side ends of the chip assembly(4) to be electrically connected with the internal electrodes. Protection layers(5) is formed with multi layers on the lower and upper portions. The protection layer(5) contains a layer having a less contraction rate than dielectric layers of the chip assembly(4) on the uppermost and lowermost layers(5a), to thereby enhance the soldering heat-resistant characteristics.
