<p>PURPOSE: A system for distributing a system synchronous clock in a switching equipment is provided to synchronize and interface various networks by using only one system in a switching equipment with a SONET(Synchronous Optical Network) port. CONSTITUTION: A system for distributing a system synchronous clock in a switching equipment comprises a plurality of input and output board(13a-13n), a main board(11,12), an oscillator(15a-15n), a transceiver(14a-14n) and a back plane. The input and output boards switches various signals generated from arbitrary systems. The main board controls the input and output boards. The oscillator generates the same clocks to the input and output boards. The transceiver transmits and receives clocks generated form the oscillator to the input and output boards and the main board. The back plane is formed with the input and output boards and the main board.</p> |
