METHOD FOR PREPROCESSING COMPOSITE WASTE PLASTIC MATERIALS FOR ANALYSIS OF CHLORINE CONTENT

PURPOSE: A method for preprocessing composite waste plastic materials for an analysis of chlorine content is provided which can analyze content of chloride ion representatively and accurately without volatilizing the chloride ion. CONSTITUTION: A method for preprocessing composite waste plastic materials for the analysis of chloride ion comprises the following steps: a step of adding liquid nitrogen to composite waste plastic materials to the extent that the composite waste plastic materials is fully immersed; a step of mechanically pulverizing said composite waste plastic materials; a step of separating the pulverized composite waste plastic materials from the liquid nitrogen; a step of mixing the separated composite waste plastic materials homogeneously; and a step of applying the homogeneously mixed composite waste plastic materials to a sealed oxygen bomb to determine the chloride ion content.
