PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a navigation device capable of displaying the plot of the outline of the track of the movement of a user, etc., at high speed. SOLUTION: A GPS module 6 obtains positioning data by receiving radio waves emitted from a plurality of satellites via a GPS antenna 7. A display processing part 42 transfers the locational information of a present location area 34 to a movement location area 33 and stores it. Such locational information is sequentially stored in the movement location area 33. The display processing part 42 creates locational information from the positioning data obtained by the GPS module 6 and stores it in the present location area 34. The display processing part 42 sequentially acquires a plurality of pieces of locational information stored in RAM 3 at intervals of two pieces and displays the plot of symbols indicating the movement, etc., on a display 41.
