METHOD FOR RESTRICTING CONNECTION OF INTERNET TELEVISION

PURPOSE: A method for restricting connection of an internet television is provided to restrict connection of an internet television with an internet site by determining internet information ratings searched by an internet television. CONSTITUTION: A method for restricting connection of an internet television comprises of: setting up a multitude of text for determining a connected internet site and passwords for determining users connected to the internet site in different areas of a memory; determining the same texts by comparing searched information of the connected internet site with the texts stored in the memory; permitting the internet connection if the same texts do not exist, or displaying an input of a password on a display portion if the same texts exist; determining whether the password is equal to an adult password or a child password if the password is input; and permitting the connection with the internet site if the password is equal to the adult password, or restricting the connection of the internet television with the internet site if the password is not equal to the adult password as well as the child password.
