STRUCTURE OF CAPACITY VARIABLE TYPE SHORT TUBE OF AIRCONDITIONER

PURPOSE: A structure of variable capacity short tube is provided to achieve an improved performance of air conditioner and reduce parts count by allowing the short tube to be easily replace in accordance with the refrigeration cycle capacity. CONSTITUTION: A structure comprises a connection pipe(111) coupled between a condenser side circulation pipe(121) and an evaporator side circulation pipe(122) so as to replace a short tube(101) serving as a capillary tube in accordance with the load change of the air conditioner; the short tube coupled with the connection pipe and which has a pressure reducing hole(102) for reducing pressure from the refrigerant circulating toward the condenser side circulation pipe and supplies the refrigerant with a reduced pressure to the evaporator side circulation pipe; and a coupling unit for coupling the short tube to the connection pipe such that the assembling/disassembling is easily performed. The coupling unit includes a male screw(103) formed at the outer periphery of the short tube and a female screw(112) formed at the connection pipe .
