PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a discrete configuration for reducing unwanted spurious emission, without being affected by the conditions of the pattern design of a printed-circuit board. SOLUTION: In a fitting pin 10 for countermeasures against unwanted spurious emissions, a projecting terminal 12 for connection is provided across a metal conductor 11. The metal conductor 11 has a length such that it can be arranged along a high-speed signal line SL at a part without a ground layer GL that face opposite that high-speed signal line SL, such as a clock line in a multilayer printed-circuit board PCB, and is electrically connected to the ground layer GL by the projecting terminal 12 for connection that reaches the ground layer GL near the high-speed signal line SL, thus bridging a part which does not have the ground layer GL.
