PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network control system capable of controlling an added network terminal by a control terminal even when the network terminal is added newly to the network control system. SOLUTION: An information storage device stores operation information on services provided by a network terminal and the operation information is transmitted to the control terminal through a network. In the control terminal, the operation information is analyzed to provide the operation environment of the added network terminal to an operator.
