PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxygen concentration detection device capable of preventing malfunctions relative to the change of a gas flow rate. SOLUTION: This device 1 is installed for performance monitoring of a pressure fluctuation adsorption type oxygen concentrator 10. This device 1 has a sensor casing 2, having a gas inflow opening 21 and a gas outflow opening 23, a limiting current type oxygen sensor unit 3 installed therein, a signal processing circuit 5 for processing the output signal and for outputting the oxygen concentration information, and a display device 7. In the sensor casing 2, a pressure sensor 4 for monitoring the inner pressure is installed. The output signal is processed by a signal processing circuit 6, and a timing control circuit 8 is installed in order to forbid, for a fixed time from the time of detection, the monitoring of the oxygen concentration information obtained from the oxygen sensor unit 3, when rapid change of the flow rate of the gas supplied to the sensor casing 2 is detected. |
