PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conserve a seasoning at optimum temperature and humidity so as to raise the conservativeness, by equipping a seasoning conserver with a humidity regulator which regulates the ambient humidity to a specified value, and a control means which controls each part. SOLUTION: This seasoning conserver is composed of a control means 1 for controlling each part, a humidity detector 2 for detecting the ambient humidity, and a humidity regulator 3 for regulating the ambient humidity to a specified value. The humidity detector 2 for detecting the humidity around the seasoning as an electric signal detects the ambient humidity. In case that the detected ambient humidity is larger than the specified value, the humidity regulator 3 so regulates the ambient humidity as to be the specified humidity. What is more, for the specified humidity, an optimum value is decided in advance experimentally. As a result, this conserver can conserve the seasoning without dropping its quality. |
