PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to easily grasp the contents of rhythm which is automatically reproduced. SOLUTION: While a sound-recording switch 204 is operated, a CPU stores a RAM with the contents of key depression as rhythm pattern data each time the key 207 in a rhythm key area is pressed. The rhythm pattern data are automatically reproduced while a playback switch 205 is operated. During the automatic playback, the LEDs 208 of keys 207 to which the sound generation of a rhythm sound is assigned are made to illuminate with light emission intensity corresponding to the velocity value. Thus, the user is visual informed of the contents of the rhythm which is automatically reproduced. |
