<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pointing device capable of facilitating a continuous moving operations and a continuous scrolling operation on a display. SOLUTION: An operation start time operation position (D0) when an operation point is brought into contact with a touch panel is stored. When the operation of the operation point is stopped equally to or more than prescribed time, an operation end position at that time is stored as an operation end time operation point position (D4). After that, a cursor is subjected to a continuous operation or a continuous scrolling operation in accordance with a vector with D0 as a start point and D4 as an end point, a vector giving a maximum moving speed of the operation point between D0→D4 or a vector just before storing D4.</p> |
