PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotating machine which is inexpensive and simple and can suppress the occurrence of cogging torque. SOLUTION: A plurality of core sheets 4, in each of which teeth 4a narrow in tip width and teeth 4b wide in tip width are formed alternately in radial form, are laminated. At this time, they are laminated shifted by one slot in circumferential direction so that the teeth 4a and 4b may overlap alternately. As a result, it follows that slit apertures 6a are made zigzag continuously in axial direction of the shaft 3.
