PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speaker where leakage magnetic flux is reduced with a simple configuration and a magnetic force in a magnetic air gap driving a diaphragm. SOLUTION: The speaker has a dish type yoke 20 having a center pole 20a, a 1st plate 21 that is placed on a guard part 20c of the dish yoke 20 so as to form a 1st magnetic air gap 22 between an inner circumferential face and an outer circumferential face of the center pole 20a, a 1st ring magnet 23 placed on the 1st plate 21, a 2nd plate 24 placed on the 1st ring magnet 23 so as to form a 2nd magnetic air gap 25 between the inner circumferential face and the outer circumferential face of the center pole 20a, a 2nd ring magnet 26 magnetized in the same direction as that of the 1st ring magnet 23 placed on the 2nd plate 24 and a 3rd plate 27 placed to form a 3rd air gap 28 between the inner circumferential face and the outer circumferential face of the center pole 20a. The 3rd magnetic air gap 28 drives a diaphragm 6.
