PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulation structure of a coil of an electric apparatus which can be used without covering the insulator including a coil with a can or the like even under special environment such as high-temperature, high- pressure, high-humidity, radiation, or chemicals atmosphere, and its manufacture. SOLUTION: In the insulation structure of an electric apparatus coil which has an insulator consisting of a strand insulator 2 to electrically insulate a coil inserted into an iron core, an interlayer insulator 3, an insulator 4 to the ground, an interphase insulator 5, and a slot insulator 6, thermoplastic insulating material is used for the material constituting the strand insulator 2, the interlayer insulator 3, the insulator 4 to the ground, the interphase insulator 5, and the slot insulator 6. The thermoplastic insulating material is fused and united. This thermoplastic insulating material is simple material of polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE), polytetrafluoroalkoxyresin(PFA), fluorinated ethylene propylene copolymer(FEP), or ethylene tetrafluoroethylene copolymer(ETFE), polychlorotrifluoroethylene copolymer(CTFE), or their combination material.
