PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve delivery capacity to a facsimile terminal by counting the number of times of retry transmission for a queue to the same destination as non-delivered facsimile transmission in the queues stored in a recalling standby queue storage part, when a prescribed facsimile transmission is not delivered. SOLUTION: When transmission is requested, an image processing part 205 sends out image data fetched by an image scanner or the like to a delivery request reception part 202. The delivery request reception part 202 makes a FAX transmission request to the destination, multi-address transmission destination and image quality, etc., inputted in an input means and the image data sent from the image processing part 205 correspond and sends them out to a delivery management part 203 as FAX transmission information. A transmission standby queue management part 209 is provided inside a FAX server, and when a FAX transmission result to a certain prescribed terminal encounters non-delivery, a processing is performed as the non-delivery, a communication result is recorded and the number of times of recalling is counted up.
