SOLUTION: Based on an application, a web server part 2 generates an application file. An application processing part 3 reads the application file and generates a processing result file corresponding to the result of the required application processing. A database client 4 reads the processing result file, registers application contents on an application content database 5 and generates an application result file. An application result distributing part 6 reads the application result file and supplies it to a distribution server 7. The access from the web server part 2 to the application processing part 3 and processing result file, access from the web server part 2/application processing part 3 to the database client 4 and application result file and access from the web server part 2/application processing part 3/database client 4 to the application result distributing part 6 are inhibited.
