PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management device for quickly recognizing the number of times of wearing a garment for easily recognizing how many times the garment is worn and making not only a person himself/herself but also the others able to easily manage laundry by attaching the management device to each garment while conventionally which garment is to be washed when is decided by the intuition of the person or a housewife but memory is vague and correct judgement is not always made. SOLUTION: This management device (dial, lever and tag) on which one set of the numerals of blank (or 0)-5 are written is formed and it is attached to a hanger or fixed to the garment in a closet by a safety pin. The numeral is carried every time the garment is worn and it is washed when the number is increased.
