PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change a control circuit for sequence control without needing technical knowledge for programming. SOLUTION: A ladder diagram preparing device 14a prepares a program for constituting a control circuit in a form of a ladder diagram, and an image preparing part 14b also prepares a control image related to the operation of an input-output device 2. The symbol corresponding to a specific input-output device 2 in the ladder diagram is preliminarily associated with a component of the input-output device 2 corresponding to the symbol on the control image. A truth table is displayed as a property while the control image is shown on a displaying part 12, and programs (input conditions and output results) are changed in the truth table. Thus, it is possible to easily change programs without being aware of the ladder diagram.
