SOLUTION: This burglar preventing element 1 is provided with a lower-side conducting route 2 consisting of a coil and an upper-side conducting route 3 consisting of a coil, which are wound in the reverse direction, overlap in at least one overlapped area, and with an additional dielectric layer 4 at the overlapped area. The dielectric layer is formed as thicker than the remaining overlapped area at a risky area 7 where respective edges 5 of the conducting route 2 and the conducting route 3 overlap respectively with the conducting route 3 and the conducting route 2, thus, the resonance circuit is prevented from be reactivated due to a bend and twist, etc. |
