<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To start alternate processing though a message is delayed by grouping related connections to the same group in response to the establishment of connection, judging whether a call disconnecting message is the first one or not in the case of receiving the call disconnecting message due to disconnection, and executing the alternating processing of connection belonging to the group. SOLUTION: In the case of setting connections C41, C42 respectively between terminals 1, 2 and terminals 3, 4 and occurrence of a fault between ATM exchange nodes 13, 14, a node 13 sends the signaling message M11 of the connection C41 to a node 11 to obtain alternating processing. The node 11 rewrites an alternate processing flag in the middle of processing, calculates the new routes of the connections C41, C42 based on topology information and sends a call connection message to a node 12 through nodes 15, 168. The node 12 switches the connection C41 to a new route by a switching processing part to send a call connection completion message to the node 11 through nodes 16, 15.</p> |
