PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise the cooling effect of a liquid refrigerant by blowing the unsaturated air within the atmosphere further to a heat exchanger, in an object which cools the liquid refrigerant within the heat exchanger by spraying water from outside. SOLUTION: A fluid refrigerant at high temperature is circulated to the heat exchanger coil of an evaporative condenser having a metallic fin 3 so that it may enter it from an inlet 8 through a lead pipe and come out of an outlet 9. Moreover, the evaporative condenser is provided with a water container 1 where the water level is regulated by a level regulator 4, and the water within this water container 1 is pumped up with a pump 7, and it is supplied to the upper part of a heat exchanger through a pipe line 6, and it is jetted to a wall 5. Then, the jetted water is let flow down along a heat exchanger coil, and heat is exchanged between water and a refrigerant. Moreover, the surrounding atmosphere is sucked and blown to the heat exchanger coil by the operation of a fan 2, and the refrigerant is cooled more by sucking a large quantity of moisture into this unsaturated air from a fin 3, and the air saturated enough is jetted in W position into the atmosphere.
