USING METHOD FOR DATA, DATA PROCESSOR, AND RECORDING MEDIUM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly use data by limiting the use of the data according to license levels without increasing the amount of the data. SOLUTION: This using method allows a data processor to use a series of data DT recorded in controllable sections on a recording medium ST, different kind of pieces LA and LB of link information for specifying one or more sections where the use of the data DT is enabled are stored on the recording medium ST corresponding to the license levels, and a user selects a license level and is then able to use the pieces LA and LB of link information corresponding to the selected license level.
