TRANSFER SYSTEM FOR E1 BYTE OF SDH TRANSMITTER AND ITS TERMINAL STATION DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an E1 byte transfer system that has a function of transmitting an E1 byte to a faulty transmission line on the occurrence of a fault in a repeater block in an active system transmission route. SOLUTION: A terminal station device has a function that inserts an E1 byte terminated at an E1 byte termination point of terminal station devices across a faulty transmission line on the occurrence of a fault in a repeater block in a route of an active system transmission line to an E1 byte of a standby system P and transmits the inserted E1 byte to the standby system P and a function that inserts the E1 byte terminated by the standby system P of the terminal station device to a system of the terminal station device of a faulty transmission line A and transmits it to the transmission line A. Both the terminal station devices sum the E1 byte of the transmission line on which a fault takes place and the E1 byte of the standby system analogically so as to allow a device adjacent to the repeater block where the fault takes place to make order wire communication via the terminal station device.
