PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a method and a configuration to balance output currents from charge pumps. SOLUTION: A 1st charge pump CHP 1 has a 1st charging current source CS1 and a 1st discharging current source CS2, at least either of which supplies an output current iΔ1. A 2nd charge pump CHP2 having a 2nd charging current source CS3 and a 2nd discharging current source CS4 is provided, at least either of which supplies an output current iΔ2. supplies a reference current i5 to the 1st charge pump CHP1 on the basis of the output current iΔ2. so as to balance the output current iΔ1 by synthesizing the output current iΔ1 with the reference current i5 with respect to the output current iΔ2. |
