<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar battery module which can be installed anywhere without restrictions and at the same time, can be improved in photovoltaic power generating efficiency. SOLUTION: A solar battery cell 11, which has a bar-like shape as a whole is constituted by forming a main body 13 of the cell composed of an amorphous silicon layer on the outer periphery of a metallic wire 12, and at the same time, a transparent coating layer 14 on the outer periphery of the main body 13. Then a solar battery module 17 is constituted by successively connecting a plurality of solar battery cells 11 formed in this way to each other with connectors 16. Since it is not required to mount the cells 11 on a tempered glass the weight of the module 17 can be reduced, and the handling of the module 17 becomes easier regarding installing of the module 17 outdoors, and so on.</p> |
