<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning and sterilizing system effective to an environment preservation by obtaining a sufficient cleaning and sterilizing effect, even if the usage of a cleaning liquid and sterilizing liquid is less and reducing the waste water amount after cleaning and sterilizing. SOLUTION: After the transfer of a transfer liquid from a transfer origin route piping 2 to a transfer piping 1, a first pig 32-1 is sent from a cleaning.sterilizing unit 3 to the transfer piping 1 by a cleaning liquid and the cleaning is carried out while collecting the residual in the transfer pipe 1. Then, a second pig 32-2 is sent by a sterilizer and then a third pig 32-3 is sent by a finish cleaning liquid and further a fourth pig 32-4 is sent by next transfer liquid. Thereby, the cleaning and sterilization in the transfer pipe 1 is carried out by a small amount of sterilizer and finish cleaning liquid while collecting the residual cleaning liquid in the transfer pipe 1 and next transfer liquid is transfered continuously.</p> |
