PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a code conversion system which facilitates the maintenance of a program. SOLUTION: This code conversion system is provided with a code converting means 103 which converts the code of user data by using a code conversion table stored in a code conversion table storage means 106 and a convertible code decision means 104 which decides whether or not the code of the user data can be converted by using a convertible code decision table stored in a convertible code decision table storage means 105 and returns information showing whether or not the code can be converted to a user before code conversion. |
