PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To absorb an alignment error and to prevent the occurrence of infeasible connection and defective connection by partially installing contacts on a base housing and a sliding housing, and providing guide holes opened to face the contacts at one end and divergently opened toward mating conductive members at the other end on the sliding housing. SOLUTION: The tip of the mounting piece 2b of each contact 2 is soldered to a printed circuit board P for mounting, a mating conductive member B is inserted into a guide hole to penetrate the connecting side of the contact 2 and is connected by soldering. Even if the mating conductive member B is not matched with the center of the guide hole due to an alignment error, the mating conductive member B is picked by the wide opening of the guide hole, a sliding housing 4 is slid against a base housing 3 by the elastic deformation of the contact 2 when the mating conductive member B proceeds in the guide hole, and the alignment error is absorbed, thus infeasible connection is prevented, and the reliability of a connector is increased. |
