PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a refrigerating box excellent in quality by forming a space part between an outer box and an inner box, and providing this space part with a separator, and applying urethane undiluted solution to this separator and dividing and injecting it equally into the space part. SOLUTION: In the first place, a refrigerating box is placed on a jig, with its rear plate upward. Next, an urethane injector 23 is arranged on the hole 22 of this refrigerating box 21. Urethane undiluted solution is so injected as to hit upon the top of a separator from the urethane injector 23 arranged this way. The urethane undiluted solution applied to the separator is divided right and left and back and forth, and is injected equally in order into each hollow part 29a and 29b, etc. By foaming of this injected urethane undiluted solution, a heat insulating wall united with an outer box 21a and an inner box 21b can be made. In addition, the urethane undiluted solution can be injected and foamed equally into each middle parts 29a-29d, etc., of the refrigerating box 21 only with one urethane injector 23 and the separator, so the cost of equipment can be reduced.
