DISTRIBUTED CONSTANT NOISE FILTER AND MANUFACTURE OF THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distributed constant noise filter which is free from the fluctuation of filter characteristics due to deviation in cutting and manufactured advantageously, and a method for manufacturing the filter. SOLUTION: Coil conductors 2a-2j for signal lines and conductors 7a-7j for ground lines and magnetic bodies or non-magnetic bodies 1a-1k are laminated. Thus, a coil pattern 2 for signal lines and a pattern 7 for ground lines can be formed in a laminated body 1. The coil pattern 2 for signal lines is formed in a wound structure. The pattern 7 for ground lines is formed so as to be put through almost the central part of the coil pattern 2 for signal lines.
