CIRCUIT FOR GENERATING REFERENCE CURRENT

PURPOSE: A reference current generating circuit is provided to generate a reference current independently from a power voltage variation and a temperature variation. CONSTITUTION: A reference current generating circuit comprises a first current generating part(100), a second current generating part(110) and a current adding part(120). The first current generating part(100) generate a current(IN) which is in inverse proportion to a temperature increase. The second current generating part(110) generate a current(IP) which is in proportion to the temperature increase. The current adding part(120) adds the currents(IN,IP) generated from the first and second current generating parts(100,110), and generates a reference current(IN+IP) independently from the temperature variation.
