ELECTRONIC SLIP SYSTEM AND RECORDING MEDIUM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic slip system capable of flexible work flow setting corresponding to the role of an approving person by freely combining and integrating prepared functions into menu buttons by a user. SOLUTION: A menu button attribute setting window 51 is displayed on a display device, the desired function to be allocated to the menu button is selected out of a menu button function list 53 while using an input device 15 by the user and when plural functions are selected, the order of execution is determined and inputted. The desired picture pattern to be displayed on the menu button is selected out of a menu button picture pattern list 55, menu button data are prepared from this input information and after all the menu button data and slip frame data on one slip are prepared, these data are written in an electronic slip data base as a slip file.
