<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a layout-free pointing device which makes it possible to freely set an installation position by providing a movement detection part which detects a moving state from the movement of a foam part in liquid. SOLUTION: This track ball has a movement detection part which detects the moving state from the movement of the foam part in the liquid.
