摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to reduce the effective sheet resistance of a transparent conductive film, to reduce the thickness of the transparent conductive film and to improve light transmittance by arranging auxiliary wiring so as to come into contact with the surface of the transparent conductive film formed on a curvilinear film. SOLUTION: Plural gate lines 1 extending in a row direction and plural drain bus lines 2 extending in a column direction are arranged on the surface of a glass substrate and are insulated from each other by insulating films at the intersection points thereof. Pixel electrodes 3 are arranged within the regions enclosed by the two gate bus lines and two drain lines adjacent to each other. The respective pixel electrodes 3 are connected to the corresponding drain lines 2 via TFTs 4. A counter substrate is constituted to include the curvilinear films having a curvilinear property and auxiliary wiring 7 is formed in a grid form on the opposite surface of the curvilinear films. The auxiliary wiring 7 is arranged so as to overlap on the gate bus lines 1 and drain bus lines 2 on the TFT substrate side when viewed from the normal direction of the substrates.</p>
