摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser device which is capable of attaining the same effect that laser ray exciting spaces are connected in series and can be lessened in size and cost, by a method wherein the laser ray exciting spaces are provided, and furthermore a means such as a prism or a holding mirror which returns a laser beam three-dimensionally is provided. SOLUTION: A pair of metal plate electrodes 1 and 2 which are opposed to each other, and dielectric boards U1 to U4 which are brought into close contact with the opposed surfaces of the metal plate electrodes 1 and 2 to form a discharge space 4 rectangular in cross section all together, are arranged to be polygonal in cross section. Reflecting mirrors 7 and 8 each provided at the lengthwise openings of discharge spaces 4a to 4d confronting each other are each composed of bent mirror plates 71, 72 and 81, 82 which are each bent at a proper angle along bending lines 7a and 8a are arranged so as to make their bending directions different from each other by an angle of 90 deg.. Therefore, a laser beam 9 can be amplified in each of the discharge spaces 4a to 4d, and moreover a laser device can be lessened in size handling a laser beam three- dimensionally.
