PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent an image from becoming faulty because density is changed in a longitudinal direction by uniformizing a gap between a photreceptor drum and a developing sleeve in the longitudinal direction. SOLUTION: By estimating that the developing sleeve 5 is deflected because it is pressed by a supply roller 7, the sleeve 5 is molded in an inverted crown state. Thus, since the gap between the photoreceptor drum and the sleeve 5 is uniformized in the longitudinal direction, the image is effectively prevented from becoming faulty because the density is changed in the longitudinal direction.
