PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate dew formation without deteriorating the environment and to enhance efficiency and durability while reducing the installation space by forming a surface heating sheet between two long planar panels having an internal hollow hole. SOLUTION: A heater comprises a panel, a control board, a sensor, an AC power supply, and a main control board. The panel comprises a ceramic panel 1 and a surface heating sheet 2 extruded from an inorganic material. The ceramic panel 1 emits far infrared rays upon heating and it is not cooled immediately upon turn off power because of its heat accumulating function. The surface heating sheet 2 comprises conductive wires 5 formed at the opposite ends in the longitudinal direction of a synthetic resin stripe sheet 4 mixed with carbon fibers and constituting the central part, and lead wires 6 formed in the widthwise direction and connected with the left and right conductive wires 5, and insulator sheets 7 covering them from above and below. |
