PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and easily confirm the injection of a sample by causing a reagent made of an antibody or an antigen to react with an antigen or antibody of a sample component during immunoassay. SOLUTION: A blood-derived sample such as blood serum or blood plasma, a urine-derived sample or a saliva-derived sample is used as a sample. Human albumin or human globulin is used for an antigen or an antibody contained in a sample as the blood-derived sample. Proteins such as albumin or sugar peptide is used as a urine-derived sample and as the saliva-derived sample globulin, and additionally enzymes such as amylase or various hormones secreted from salivary gland can be used. An antibody or an antigen reacted with the antigen or antibody of these sample components is used as a reagent. An antihisto-albumin antibody or an anti-human globulin antibody is used for confirming the blood-derived sample. An antibody against protein or enzyme is used for confirming the urine or saliva-derived sample. When an antibody is selected as a measurement object to be confirmed, the antigen component is adopted as confirming antigen.
