PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely recognize a voice regardless of height of a level of the inputted voice. SOLUTION: Whether or not the level of an inputted voice signal CS inputted/ amplified and waveform synthesized to be obtained for operating other devices (e.g. airconditioner and audio device etc.), by voice recognition is within the range suited to the voice recognition is decided (S100-S120), and when the level is too small, an amplification factor (gain K) of an amplifier circuit is reduced byΔK (Sl30), and when the level is too large, the gain K is enlarged byΔK (S140). By repeatedly executing such a routine at a relatively short interval, the level of the inputted voice signal CS becomes within the range suited to the voice recognition.
