PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the cooling effect of a printed circuit board unit for noise prevention, sufficiently insulate an electric high-voltage part and low-voltage part, and make power-source noise preventing performance of the printed circuit board unit for noise prevention less liable to be adversely affected by useless electromagnetic wave emitted from a printed circuit board unit for high-frequency power generation. SOLUTION: By providing a partition 5 for separating a high-frequency oscillating device 1, a printed circuit board unit 2 for high-frequency power generation, and a high-voltage lead wire 6, from a cooling fan motor unit 4, a printed circuit board unit 3 for noise prevention, and a low-voltage lead wire 7, the cooling effect of the printed circuit board unit 3 for noise prevention is enhanced, a high-voltage part and a low-voltage part are sufficiently insulated, and power-source noise preventing performance of the printed circuit board unit 3 for noise prevention is prevented from being adversely affected by the emission of useless electromagnetic wave.
