PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a communication equipment handle various types of two- way communication equipment by arranging the input terminal of a reception signal on one side surface of a module substrate and also arranging the output terminal of a transmission signal on the side surface being adjacent to the side surface where the input terminal is disposed. SOLUTION: A two-way communication part is provided with a case 11 on which an antenna 12 is disposed and with an antenna switch 13 where a common terminal is connected to the antenna 12, one terminal of the switch 13 is connected to the input terminal 22 of the reception signal and the output terminal 21 of the transmission signal is connected to the other terminal of the switch 13 through a power amplifier 14 in the two-way communication equipment. The input terminal 22 of the reception signal in the two-way communication module is disposed on one side surface of the module substrate and also the output terminal 21 of the transmission signal is disposed on the other side surface being adjacent to the side surface of the input terminal 22. Thus, correspondence is attained even when the case shape of the equipment is changed.
