<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the bending angle of a bellows from getting obtuse even in machining the inside and outside of the bellows of the resin bellows with a small diameter by forming a plurality of crest parts constituting the bellows by a cutting and bending a prescribed number of adjoining crest parts or the whole crest parts in a fixed direction. SOLUTION: When forming a resin bellows 1 having a bellows 3 of a rod- shaped prescribed hard chemical resin material using an NC lathe, disc fitting parts 2 for fitted to other devices and apparatuses are formed in the both ends of the resin bellows body 1a via a cylindrical extension part 1b. The respective outsides and insides of a plurality of mountain parts constituting the bellows 3 are formed by a cutting using a cutting tool having a thin blade. Then, the crest parts formed by cutting are formed into the crest parts 3b bent in a prescribed direction and recessed faces 4 recessed inward the crest parts 3a are formed in one side face in the bending direction side of the crest part 3a. This constitution can smoothly bend the bellows 3.</p> |
