PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid an excessive over-radiation by means of correctly adjusting the position of a pre-focusing body by fixing a cover where a notched part is formed in a prescribed position to cover transmitting/receiving elements and holding the pre-focusing body in the notched part of the cover. SOLUTION: This directional transmitting/receiving equipment is constituted of a housing 10 where electromagnetic wave is converged in the radial direction with a dielectric lens 11 for converging electromagnetic wave. A conductive plate 13 is arranged on a base plate 12 in the housing 10. Transmitting/receiving element 14 and a circuit device 15 are laminated on the plate 13. Besides, the plate 13 where the element 14 and the device 15 are formed is covered by a cover 16 in a cap form. The cover 16 is fixed onto the base plate 12 so that constitution parts formed inside the circuit device are enclosed in the same way. Moreover, the notched part is formed at the prescribed position in the upper part of the elements 14 and a pre-focusing body 17 is inserted to the notched part.
